I have a little favor to ask all my readers (long term and short term)

What are the 3 biggest problems with Thoughts on Tomorrow right now as it is? I don’t want jokes and wit in the comments, I want serious, solid answers. I’m welcome to any criticism, and I hope to get at least 3 comments here by the end of the week.
