Giveing the BTC Blogs a Image header

Hey, i think it wouldbe good if you could give the BTC Blog Pages (EG: http://buzztowncenter.org/blogs/lazymonkey44) an image header/logo that would replace or sit next to the BTC logo on the top of the page. Or it could gou under the Nav bar, euther way i think this would be good so people can personalise their BTC Blogs!
